Our ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service and communication skills and have a positive attitude with a sincere desire to support our patients and staff, along with the ability to thrive in a high demanding role.
As Front Desk Administrator you will have one on one contact with our patients, coordinating all upcoming appointments and reviewing financial obligations with patients.
As well, the front desk administrator is responsible for monitoring schedules and immediately filling appointment vacancy's using various patient reports.
Prior dental knowledge is not necessary, but helpful.
Availability to work some nights and Saturdays a must.
