93 an hour Exciting LPN/RN nursing opportunity with Natick Walpole VNA with Recruitment Bonus! Seeking a clinician to service patients out of our Walpole office location.
Flexible scheduling offered, opportunity for weekend differential pay if interested, or weekday positions with low frequency weekend rotations (i.
e.
every 4-6th weekend).
Holiday requirement is only 2 holidays per year! We are looking for a compassionate, reliable individual to provide excellent care, and who enjoys working with patients in an at-home setting.
You will be an integral member of the clinical team and will collaborate with other multi-disciplinary members to the meet the needs of the patient.
Responsibility to provide patient admission and revisits in accordance with the plan of care as established with the patient's physician.
Qualifications:
Current LPN/RN license from MA Board of Nursing Two years' experience in delivering nursing care One year of home health care experience preferred
Responsibilities:
Ability to function independently as a clinician in the community Solid patient assessment skills Comfortable with using an EMR Great communication skills Great critical thinking skills and ability to triage patients and problems Job Types:
