Responsibilities:
Assisting with activities of daily living including their meals, transferring them using appropriate assistive devices, bathing, toileting, dressing and groomingImplementing residents personal care service plans, focusing on preferences and preferred routines, while providing a sense of comfort, companionship and belonging.
Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents have an exceptional stayDocumenting observations of resident's behavior, including complaints or physical symptomsOther duties as neededRequirements:
Valid CNA-HHA license or certificate requiredPrior experience in an assisted living community.
Memory care is preferredDemonstrates proficiency at reading and understanding a Resident Care Service Plan or assignment (eg, ADLs and introductory visits)Previous experience working with people with dementia is desiredWilling to learn!BENEFITSWe believe in offering our employees a competitive salary.
